This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong engineer who wants to play a key role in improving building performance across a diverse portfolio of commercial, retail, hospitality and critical environment sites.\n\nLondon Area \n\n£50,000 - £65,000 Basic Salary \nYearly Bonus \nPrivate Healthcare\nTravel Costs \nPension \nCompany Vehicle \nOn Call Opportunities \nOvertime Opportunities \n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nCarry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on BMS and HVAC control systems.\nTroubleshoot and resolve BMS, controls and HVAC-related faults.\nReview existing control strategies and identify opportunities for optimisation.\nModify schedules, setpoints and control parameters to improve building performance and energy efficiency.\nCapture software backups, point schedules and system data for further analysis and development.\nIdentify energy-saving, maintenance improvement and decarbonisation opportunities.\nDeliver small works, repairs and system improvements.\nProduce detailed service and optimisation reports.\nSupport clients with technical guidance and operational best practices.\nWork closely with internal engineering and applications teams to develop optimisation solutions.
