About the role of Commercial Manager\n\nAs Commercial Manager, you will be joining a Tier 1 Main Contractor who operate across Europe with a London office based in the City. They deliver major building, infrastructure, rail, highways and commercial developments with a turnover of over £1bn.\n\nYou will be supporting the commercial team on a large commercial development in Central London. You will join their building team to perform commercial management duties on commercial developments with values of £100m - £300m.\n\nKey Responsibilities of Senior Commercial Manager\n\nInclude but not limited to;\n\nLead change management in line with project strategy \nWork collaboratively with designers, supply chain, and key stakeholders \nIntegrate cost plans \nAdminister the head contract\nEnsure project scope, contractual notices, terms and conditions are clearly understood and effectively managedKey Requirements of Commercial Manager\n\nLive within commutable distance to Central London \nPrevious experience operating at Commercial Manager level \nJCT contract experience \nDegree qualified in a construction related subject \nContributed at senior level within commercial or project leadership teams \nStrong knowledge of contract and commercial law \n\nWhat's on offer:\n\nSalary of up to £105k + Package\nCar Allowance\nTravel Allowance\nPrivate Healthcare\nBonus scheme\nProgression path to Senior Commercial ManagerIf you want to hear more about this Commercial Manager role please apply with an up-to-date CV or contact Lucy Murphy on (phone number removed)
