MFL Teacher (French & German)\n\nLocation: Derby, DE1\n\nContract Type: Full time / Temp to perm\n\nStart Date: ASAP\n\nPay Rate: £130–£230 per day (dependent on experience and responsibilities)\n\nExperience: Minimum 6 months' teaching experience in a UK secondary school\n\nOverview\n\nEducation Personnel are delighted to be working in partnership with a progressive and well-respected secondary school in Derby to recruit a dedicated MFL Teacher (French & German) for a full-time position starting ASAP! This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled languages educator to contribute to a thriving department and support students at KS3 & KS4, with the potential to teach KS5.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Deliver the KS3 & KS4 French and German curriculum\n\n * Plan, prepare, and assess MFL lessons in line with department policy\n\n * Monitor student progress and implement appropriate interventions\n\n * Contribute to department improvement planning within Modern Foreign Languages\n\n * Attend staff meetings, CPD, and parents' evenings as required\n\nThe Ideal Candidate\n\n * Has at least 6 months of classroom teaching experience in French and/or German within a UK secondary setting\n\n * Is passionate about language learning and student achievement\n\n * Has excellent behaviour management and communication skills\n\n * Demonstrates a collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to school life\n\nWhy apply through Education Personnel?\n\nWe work with you to find your perfect placement.
